We would like to introduce a case that solved the customer's concern about the difficulty of managing a large number of welded parts. Additionally, the customer was troubled by the difficulty of maintaining dimensional accuracy due to deformation and warping caused by welding, as well as concerns about the strength of the welded sections. By switching from welded products to lost wax, dimensional accuracy improved, and strength increased. The number of welded parts was reduced, leading to lower management costs.
