We propose and manufacture logistics containers that excel in workability and transportation efficiency, tailored to various uses and shapes.
We design and manufacture dedicated pallets and carts for transporting customer products using 3D CAD. We also design, produce, and assemble cushioning materials in-house, delivering the finished products. Using steel materials such as square pipes and round pipes, we carry out everything from welding assembly of logistics pallets and carts to painting in a consistent manner. We have enhanced our management system to maintain quality. Our factory's production capacity is approximately 100 to 150 units per month, but we have 15 main welding partner factories and 3 painting partner companies, allowing us to achieve a maximum capacity of 500 units per month. Regarding cushioning materials, we handle a variety of materials, including hard resins and highly foamed resins, depending on the weight and application of the workpieces, as well as rubber-based materials.

Our company primarily designs and proposes 3D logistics equipment and transport carts tailored to the applications and shapes of automotive parts, agricultural machinery, and construction components, excelling in workability and transportation efficiency. In our manufacturing department, we have a metalworking division and a chemical products division, allowing us to consistently produce in-house from the manufacturing of steel components related to logistics containers, through painting, to the production and assembly of cushioning materials. Regarding cushioning materials, depending on the weight and application of the workpieces, we handle various materials, including processing hard plastics and highly foamed resins, as well as rubber-based materials.
