We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Shirabaka" at an automotive parts manufacturer. The company was live-streaming group training sessions conducted at their technology center to local factories using a video conferencing system. Previously, the instructor's handwritten notes on a whiteboard were captured by a camera and streamed, but participants at the factories found it difficult to see the notes and requested a solution.
