Cell-based assays to investigate up to 1,400 types of metabolic and sensitivity phenotypes in mammalian cells.
The Phenotype Microarray for Mammalian Cells (PMM) is a cell-based assay designed to investigate up to 1,400 types of metabolic and sensitivity phenotypes in mammalian cells. Microbiome analysis through phenotype profiling - Correlation between genotype and phenotype - Research on cancer metabolic reprogramming and drug sensitivity - Drug discovery research, toxicity screening - Improvement of cell lines and bioprocesses - Cellular metabolism, metabolic disorders, nutrition - Cellular energy - QC and authentication of cell lines *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

basic information
We use a pre-set 96-well plate containing carbon energy, substrates, ions, hormones, cytokines, and anticancer drugs. The plate is inoculated with the target cells and a proprietary redox dye from BioLog. In some wells, the cells are activated, while in others, they are suppressed. When the cells produce high-energy NADH, the redox dye is reduced and changes color, which is read using BioLog's OmniLog (automatic incubator and reader). *For more details, please feel free to contact us.*
