This product contains 10mg of lutein (as free form) per capsule, along with bilberry, which is said to be beneficial for eye health and contains 2 to 3 times more anthocyanins compared to regular blueberries. Lutein is a type of natural carotenoid extracted from the yellow flowers of marigold. It is predominantly found in the macula, the central part of the retina.
