Increased machine rigidity with a wide column. Achieving stable processing of difficult-to-cut materials. Improved accessibility and operability.
The "VM/RII Series" is a vertical machining center that excels in a wide range of applications, from general machining to the processing of difficult materials such as titanium. By re-evaluating the main body structure and adopting a wide column, we have achieved high rigidity. The distance from the front cover to the spindle and table has been shortened, improving accessibility and operability. 【Features】 ■ The base of the column has been changed to a wide taper shape, further increasing rigidity. ■ Accessibility and operability have been improved, making it easier to load workpieces with a crane. ■ A cooling oil circulation structure has been added to the front of the spindle head of the No. 50 gear spindle, enhancing response to thermal displacement (VM53RII, VM76RII). ■ A two-point constrained spindle is standard equipment. ■ Maintenance has also been improved by consolidating inspection equipment on the rear panel. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document.
