We received an inquiry asking, "Is there a surface treatment that can improve the wear resistance of sliding parts where metals rub against each other, while also reducing the wear of the counterpart material, thereby extending the overall lifespan of the product?" In response, we propose our "NDCO (Nano-Diamond Composite Coating)," which enhances the wear resistance of coated parts and reduces wear on both sides due to its low aggressiveness towards the counterpart material. As a result, we were able to significantly extend the product lifespan by suppressing elongation caused by wear.
