We received an inquiry stating, 'Due to chain elongation, the engagement with the gears has worsened, and it has reached the end of its lifespan. Is there any way to improve this?' In response, we implemented surface treatment using NDCO (Nano Diamond Composite Coating). In durability tests, the wear of the pins was significantly reduced compared to conventional products, and the wear elongation of the chain was suppressed. As a result, the lifespan of the chain was extended fourfold.
