This is an acrylic sheet made using a transparent casting method that emphasizes workability. It has excellent thickness precision and, due to its high molecular weight, exhibits minimal warping and expansion.
The characteristics of NC Acrylic are that it is produced using the cast plate method (pouring raw materials between two glass plates and curing them). Compared to extruded plates, it has a higher molecular weight, resulting in greater hardness and excellent machinability. Additionally, due to unique know-how in annealing treatment, it is less prone to warping, making it ideal for precision hole processing in jig plates. In terms of production, we are expanding Japan's casting manufacturing technology to South Korea. We have a trusted relationship built over 30 years of transactions. The maximum import volume is 20 tons per month in container units. Compared to domestic cast plates, it is offered at a reasonable price.
