We would like to introduce a trial case of our lithium-ion battery replacement service for forklifts in a -25°C cold storage facility using a lead battery charger. We were using a Toyota 1.5-ton reach truck, model 7FBRS15. The lithium-ion battery is 48V 280Ah. After the lithium battery replacement, the operating time was 12.7 hours, with a maximum discharge time (usage time) of 4.1 hours (5/13) and a charging time (using a separate charger) of 7.0 hours (5/13).
