We would like to introduce a case of paperless manufacturing processes using Atfields MES. We faced challenges such as "inefficiency in production and management operations due to paper usage. Data was not centrally managed, making it difficult to utilize." Therefore, we implemented MES in the sensor manufacturing process to centrally manage data. As a result, by digitizing paper media and establishing a centralized data management and utilization platform, we were able to reduce the time for lot identification during defects from 12 hours to 1 hour.
