We will introduce a case of our "Manufacturing Cost Reduction Service," which supports customers in strengthening their cost competitiveness through consistent responses from cost analysis and improvement proposals to quality impact verification. In the metal film formation equipment, there was a challenge of wanting to maximize material usage in equipment where processing results fluctuate based on the duration of material use, while maintaining quality. In response, we extracted key parameters using statistical analysis methods and principles, and proposed optimal conditions.
