[Case Study] Starting Factory Automation with Small Steps

We propose a plan for automation and carry out everything from equipment selection to implementation evaluation! Here we introduce examples of automation in visual inspection for production technology services.

We will introduce a case of "Production Technology Services" that supports the introduction and improvement of equipment on-site through the technical capabilities of mechanics, software, and imaging. We faced challenges such as "We want to reduce manual visual inspections to achieve labor savings, but we cannot create specifications or algorithms." In response, our company selected suitable optical equipment for the target product and developed inspection algorithms, proposing a concept for automation and conducting everything from equipment selection to implementation evaluation.
