We would like to introduce a case of regeneration and improvement of springs for machine tools (hooked tension springs) to a stainless steel pipe manufacturing company. We received a consultation from a customer who was troubled by the frequent breakage of tension springs in machines that had been in use for several decades, and they wanted to manufacture new ones without support from the machine manufacturer. In response, we reviewed the mounting mechanism and newly designed and manufactured springs with plate hooks and mounting brackets. We accommodated two types of machines, large and small.
