The Asano Research Institute's vacuum forming machine, the "FLB Series," is designed to accommodate a wide variety of small lots, ranging from industrial trays for blister containers and electronic components to food containers. Recently, we have also focused on the development of "vacuum pressure forming," and the "micro-pressure type" is available as an option. By standardizing the water-cooled base and enabling easy attachment and detachment of the cavity, we can significantly reduce the mold change time per cycle. The forming table and sheet feeding utilize AC servo motors, and the heater section is equipped with quick-response heaters.
