【U-shaped ditch utilization example】Construction of a sediment control dam in a mountainous area.
Introducing examples of U-shaped ditch utilization for measures against landslides in mountainous areas and for river management and conservation works!
We would like to introduce examples of the use of our "U-shaped gutters." They have been adopted for sediment control dam construction in mountainous areas where transportation and construction are challenging, and were constructed as permanent waterways by protecting the foundation and edge concrete. Being made entirely of resin, they are resistant to corrosion and, compared to standard U-shaped gutters, are significantly lighter, allowing for construction even in mountainous areas and steep slopes where rapid supply and on-site pouring are necessary, leading to reduced construction costs and shortened construction periods. *They can be easily installed by amateurs due to their bolt and nut assembly design. Additionally, they offer flexibility in arrangement to fit the terrain, allowing for curved configurations and the ability to bend the waterway downward freely. 【Construction Overview】 - Waterway Width: 180mm/240mm/300mm/400mm/500mm/600mm - Total Length: 1150mm to 1180mm (Effective Length 1000mm) - Weight: Approximately 4.5kg to 13kg - Material: (Body) High-density PE, (Reinforcement Angle) Rigid PVC - Color: Black *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
