The "1134-S" is a product designed to measure the Hard Grove Grindability Index (HGI) as specified by JIS and ISO standards. Conventional devices required placing a sample in a grinding chamber with a ball, then setting a top ring onto it, which was very difficult to do with one hand (approximately 8 kg), and the installation of the grinding chamber required a certain level of skill.
