We would like to introduce a case study of solving customer issues at an automobile manufacturer. The company faced frequent connection errors due to the similar diameters and connection shapes of hoses. Although they attempted to differentiate using paint and tape, these quickly peeled off and were not effective solutions. Recently, a connection error occurred that could potentially lead to a serious disaster, prompting the need for connection fittings that could be easily distinguished at a glance. In response, we proposed a one-touch coupler with colored hard anodized treatment on the nut section.
