We would like to introduce a case study of solving customer issues at an automobile manufacturer. The company faced frequent connection errors due to the similar diameters and connection shapes of hoses. Although they attempted to differentiate using paint and tape, these quickly peeled off and were not effective solutions. Recently, a connection error occurred that could potentially lead to a serious disaster, prompting the need for connection fittings that could be easily distinguished at a glance. In response, we proposed a one-touch coupler with colored hard anodized treatment on the nut section. [Issues] - Even with color coding using paint or tape, it quickly peels off. - The diameters and shapes are similar, making it difficult to distinguish at a glance. - Mistaking fluids could lead to serious accidents such as explosions. - There have been instances of electrolysis occurring at the connection points. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
