Removal of foreign substances mixed in raw materials! A case where a bypass line was installed along with a gate valve.

"We want to remove foreign substances mixed in the raw materials to improve quality. We would like to process them before they are put into the raw material tank." Here is a case study that addresses these customer concerns. We selected and installed an auto-strainer, modified the piping, and undertook bypass construction, as well as manufactured and constructed maintenance platforms based on site sketches, all in one order. As a result, we received feedback saying, "We were able to remove large foreign substances and are very satisfied. Furthermore, maintenance is user-friendly since we can set the number of cleaning cycles on the control panel."
