We would like to introduce a case study of solving customer issues at a pharmaceutical company. The company regularly sterilizes and cleans sanitary silicone hoses, but they were struggling with drying and storage after cleaning, and could not find a suitable existing drying cabinet, so they reached out for consultation. We listened to their needs and proposed the design and manufacturing of a dedicated drying and storage cabinet. As a result, this equipment can dry and store eight hoses, has a quick drying time, and allows for hygienic management even when not in use.
