Imagine automated supply and automatic serving of work! We will introduce an in-house demo machine.
"2D Picking (2D and Stacked Picking)" involves capturing images of randomly dropped washers of various sizes on a turntable using a camera, and then picking them up with a multi-hand attached to an inexpensive robot. Not only that, but it is also possible to place the washers in designated locations for large, medium, and small sizes. This is a demo system envisioned for automatic supply and automatic placement of workpieces. This system employs the "DOBOT Magician," a robot arm designed for STEM education, and has been developed with the aim of introducing it to the FA industry. In addition to actual implementation considerations, we can also propose it as a "soft custom support package" for in-house research and evaluation, so please feel free to contact our sales department, Iketani, for any inquiries or consultations regarding this matter. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Our company is capable of designing and manufacturing various precision machinery, inspection equipment, development machines, FA automation devices, and labor-saving devices. Since we can handle everything from mechanical design and electrical design (hardware and software) to assembly and finishing in-house, we can respond to our customers' detailed requests. Additionally, our ability to cater to a wide range of industries is a characteristic feature of our company. We have a proven track record of delivering to many customers across various sectors, including automotive, medical, food, optics, semiconductors, printing, and metal processing, allowing us to make proposals that meet the needs of customers in each industry. If you are facing the dilemma of wanting to automate or reduce labor but don't know where to start, please feel free to share your concerns with us. Even if a customer expresses a desire to create an automated machine, we will consider it not just from the perspective of simply designing and manufacturing the equipment as a device manufacturer, but also with a "production technology perspective" to ensure that the implementation yields effective results. Therefore, while we may ultimately propose operational improvements or jig manufacturing instead of just producing an automated machine, we believe that if it leads to the customer's benefit, that is what matters most. Please do not hesitate to contact us!
