Products and technologies developed with great effort by Japanese machinery manufacturer engineers are quickly copied and mass-produced in large Asian countries. These products are then sold in a massive market that boasts ten times the population of Japan, allowing those companies to reap significant profits. Today, Japanese manufacturers are losing market share overseas and are in decline. This trend is particularly pronounced in the "liquid crystal field," which has been widely reported in the news. So why are copy products cheap? There are two simple reasons: - Abundant labor and low wages The other reason is... - Development costs are zero (since they are copies) The development costs borne by companies to create a product are enormous. Only by passing these costs onto the selling price can companies make a profit. However, it is now extremely difficult to prevent counterfeiting. Therefore, what we propose is to outsource the manufacturing and assembly of mass-produced goods to Asia, specifically to Thailand, Vietnam, and Myanmar. By doing so, we can reduce manufacturing costs related to labor. At the same time, we can create employment opportunities in developing countries in Asia. We want to develop Japan and Asia through manufacturing. That is us, Tsukuru Asia.
