MOBOTIX cameras can be used in challenging lighting conditions without artificial additional lighting, thanks to the 6MP Moonlight image sensor, which boasts above-average brightness. The MxIRLight infrared spotlight, equipped with low-power LED technology (up to 19W, PoE+), can be used in very dark situations (lighting below 3-5 lux; streetlights are 10 lux) or completely dark conditions. It is particularly useful when high resolution and intelligent analysis functions, such as MxActivitySensor and license plate recognition, are required. The light generated by the MxIRLight spotlight is recognized by the MOBOTIX camera's black/white sensor as red light, in contrast to conventional white light, and produces infrared wavelengths of 860nm that are invisible to the human eye. Note: The combination of color sensors and MxIRLight is not effective. Color sensors are equipped with infrared cut filters to achieve the best image quality during the day.

[MOBOTIX MxIRLight Infrared Floodlight] - Six waterproof models for outdoor use (IP67) - MOBOTIX offers six powerful infrared floodlights featuring a compact and robust aluminum housing (H x W x D: 90 x 115 x 51mm). The differences between the floodlights are the lighting angles (horizontal and vertical: 120°, 90°, 60°, 45°, 30°, 15°) and maximum ranges* (20m, 35m, 50m, 80m, 120m, 160m). The smaller the lighting angle, the narrower the illumination, but the longer the reach.
