By heating and curing at high temperatures, an epoxy resin is obtained that has high heat resistance and adhesive strength, resulting in a solid material.
By curing at a high temperature (150℃), you can obtain an epoxy resin that has high heat resistance (heat distortion temperature of 145℃). The heat resistance increases up to the temperature range at which it is cured. Additionally, curing with heat also improves adhesion. If you want to minimize curing shrinkage, please allow it to cure to some extent at room temperature before proceeding with heat curing. In a 25℃ environment, the usable time is over 1 hour, allowing for ample time to work. The high viscosity makes it less likely to drip, enabling application and buildup on vertical surfaces.

【Cautions】 This product is a chemical, so please use it with sufficient care, attention, and verification based on the actual usage methods. Be especially careful as it may cause health issues such as skin irritation or poisoning if it comes into contact with the skin or is inhaled. - To prevent mixing ratio errors, always use an electronic scale. - To avoid mixing errors, use an electric mixer or similar device, and ensure thorough stirring and mixing so that the entire mixture is uniform, rather than mixing in one spot. - Temperature management is particularly important; a change of 10 degrees can significantly alter the curing speed. Higher temperatures lead to faster curing, while lower temperatures slow it down. Curing is almost non-existent below 5°C, so avoid curing at low temperatures. - The curing speed also varies depending on the amounts of the main agent and hardener, as well as the application method. A larger amount cures faster, while a smaller amount cures slower; applying a thicker layer cures faster, while a thinner layer cures slower. - Since removal can be difficult, clean any equipment that will be reused before it fully cures. - Be cautious as heat is generated during the curing process due to chemical reactions. - After use, seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place.

We respond to requests for product development under customer brands, contributing to the reduction of development costs for our clients. Additionally, we leverage our agility to meet requests for processing outsourcing and OEM contracts. Our company primarily handles adhesives (such as epoxy resins and curing agents like amines), but we also manufacture, sell, and package various liquid resins other than epoxy resin-based adhesives, including OEM services.
