Disaster preparedness starting with LP gas! Since the LP gas we have now is fuel, it can be used immediately in case of emergency.
Since the Great East Japan Earthquake, the effectiveness of LP gas during disasters has been highlighted, and many voices have been raised asking, "Can we connect portable generators to LP gas containers?" In response to customer feedback, we developed the low-pressure LP gas generator for disaster prevention, 'EU9iGP/EU15iGP'. LP gas is a resilient energy source in times of disaster. Since it uses existing LP gas as fuel, it can be used immediately when needed, and there is no concern about fuel degradation. 【Features】 ■ Compact ■ Easy for anyone to use ■ No worries about fuel ■ Capable of long-duration power generation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

During a disaster, the energy that should be prioritized for recovery is "electricity." Electrical equipment in building systems (electricity, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation, gas) is the mainstay of building performance, and even gas systems cannot function without electricity. In the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), the "energy conservation" and "energy diversification" of building systems are believed to reduce disaster response costs and running costs for power generation facilities, leading to a swift return to business after a disaster. In the basic plan for national resilience, which is guided by the Cabinet Secretariat, LP gas has been newly specified as a stockpiled fuel for disasters, in addition to oil, starting from the fiscal year 2019. LP gas has been recognized for its advantages, such as relatively stable distribution during disasters, no fuel degradation, ease of large-scale long-term storage, and availability for use during normal times. Ikeda Shokai has leveraged its experience in the LP gas business for half a century, and since introducing GHP to its own company in 1990, has handled equipment and products for disaster and infection control, while providing information related to BCP for many years. We would like to work together with everyone to create disaster-resistant communities.
