This is a high-speed compact FBG sensor measurement unit with a built-in signal light source (1.5μm band). The product features an onboard processor and memory (standard 256GB, storage data format - binary, CSV), and is compactly designed with dimensions of 175mm x 125mm x 55mm and a weight of 700g (base housing). It has four optical ports, with the capability to configure up to eight sensors per port, allowing for a total of 32 sensors to be operated. The control interface is Ethernet (control protocol - TCP, data protocol - TCP, UDP), with timestamps provided via internal RTC or NTP. The sensor optical signal is connected through an ARINC801 connector, and the host PC control signal is connected via an adapter through an RJ45 connector. Power supply is provided from the included DC power adapter. An evaluation measurement software is also included, enabling the construction of a basic system in a short period by preparing a host PC and FBG sensors. With the adoption of the latest ASPIC and the absence of any mechanical moving parts, it supports dynamic strain and vibration shock detection with a maximum sampling frequency of 22kHz. It guarantees a measurement wavelength stability of less than 5pm, a wavelength resolution within 1pm, and an operating temperature range of -45°C to +85°C.
