Macrosep Advance for ultrafiltration centrifugal filtration device
Macrosep Centrifugal Filtration Device
Over 90% high recovery rate! The dead stop structure ensures the retention of concentrated liquid, and easy identification is possible through color coding.
The "MacroSep Advance Centrifugal Filtration Filter" is a 50 mL centrifuge tube type filter that quickly concentrates and recovers samples of up to 20 mL while minimizing loss. It features a low protein and DNA adsorption ultrafiltration membrane (Omega membrane) and housing. With a recovery rate of over 90%, it ensures the retention of concentrated liquid due to its dead-stop structure. It offers a wide range of fraction molecular weight sizes and can be easily identified by color coding. Recently, MacroSep 30K has been utilized in the first purification step of research on fluorescent gold nanoclusters using exosomes as templates [1]. **Features** - Low protein and DNA adsorption ultrafiltration membrane (Omega membrane) and housing - High recovery rate of over 90% - Rapid concentration of 20 mL samples to 0.5 mL - Retention of concentrated liquid due to dead-stop structure - Wide range of fraction molecular weight sizes - Easy identification through color coding *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.* [1] Lee, S.
