[Mirror Implementation Case] Collision avoidance while considering privacy!
FF mirror indication
Introducing a case of collision avoidance using a mirror with a blurred effect, while considering privacy! (Hitachi Transport System, Metropolitan Area)
We would like to introduce a case study of the 'FF Mirror with Blur' handled by Komi Corporation, implemented at Hitachi Logistics Metropolitan Area. They were considering installing mirrors as a safety measure in their newly established warehouse, as they believed there was a risk of collisions in the corridor in front of the restroom. When they tried our product with the "blurred processing" for the first time, it proved to be very effective for the intended purpose (reducing the risk of collisions when entering and exiting the restroom). Furthermore, the "blur" not only effectively protects privacy but also allows the company to demonstrate that they are considerate of privacy, enabling them to confidently implement it throughout the facility. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
When it comes to mirrors, most people probably think of mirrors that reflect only themselves (such as full-length mirrors, hand mirrors, or three-way mirrors). However, Komi's mirror is designed to observe the movements of other objects and people, as well as to show "consideration" for others. For example, one can check with the mirror to see if anyone is coming around a corner to avoid a collision, or to check if someone is trying to get on an elevator and wait for them... Komi's "considerate mirror" is useful all over the world, from convenience stores to airplanes.
