We would like to introduce the immune-related measurement devices, "Terascan VPC2 / Eliphoto Counter." The "Terascan VPC2" is a highly sensitive cell cytotoxicity testing measurement device that uses microscopic fluorescence photometry. Instead of labeling target cells with 51Cr, fluorescent dyes are used, and after reacting with effector cells, the fluorescence intensity of the remaining target cells is used as an indicator of cytotoxicity.
