Service details for green sheet coating and molding Sheet thickness: 0.05 to 1.0 mm *Please consult us for thicknesses below 0.05 mm or above 1.0 mm. Sheet width: Maximum 280 mm (prototype uses testing equipment) *We will consult you regarding the equipment and sheet width for mass production. We can accommodate both "oxide-based" and "nitride-based" coating raw materials. We request that the raw materials be supplied by the customer. The composition information for slurry and sheet molding conditions will follow the customer's recipe. (We will adjust according to our equipment conditions based on manufacturing conditions.) We will consult you regarding the types of applicable solvents and binders. Please also consult us regarding shape processing and mold processing after sheet coating.
