The special seal structure ensures the best sealing performance!
<Table of Contents> 1. What is a general sealing mechanism? 2. What are the factors that cause leakage? 3. What is a non-leaking sealing mechanism? 1. What is a general sealing mechanism? Joints are managed by torque (rotational force) values. A typical fluororesin joint has a structure that seals liquids by tightening the tube with a nut. If this force falls below the specified value, leakage will occur. 2. What are the factors that cause leakage? The main considerations are the loosening of the nut and deformation of materials such as the tube. Continuous loads, re-tightening, and heat cycles are thought to be contributing factors. Continuous management is necessary to prevent these issues from arising. 3. What is a non-leaking sealing mechanism? We will introduce our "Nano Link System." First, we adopt a "simple connection" method that only requires clamping a sealing ring. Inside, the grooves of the sealing ring and the body interlock, achieving strong sealing power by being fixed with a clamp. Additionally, while typical joints seal at one or two points, the Nano Link System resolves leakage issues with a quadruple sealing structure.
