Incorporating high precision and high rigidity technology into the die for sheet forging using a general press.
Shinmei's plate forging primarily uses general press machines along with high rigidity and high precision molds. By reducing machine costs, we achieve significant cost advantages.
Plate forging is a technology that incorporates cold forging forming techniques into press plate materials, allowing for partial reduction or increase in plate thickness and enabling the processing of uneven shapes that could only be achieved through machining, within the press processing itself. Shinmei integrates high precision and high rigidity technology into molds, realizing plate forging with general presses, providing significant cost reduction benefits. **Features** - Diverse uneven shapes: We propose shapes that can be achieved through plate forging according to the product's functionality. It is possible to form a variety of uneven shapes. - Cost image: Shinmei's plate forging primarily utilizes "general press machines" and "high rigidity, high precision molds." By using in-house manufactured molds, we enable plate forging in areas that do not require high-end, high rigidity press machines. This reduces machine costs, achieving significant cost advantages. *For processing examples and detailed information, please download the PDF materials or inquire by mentioning "Ipros site."*

basic information
■Single Stroke Press Equipment We increase production efficiency by arranging single stroke press equipment side by side to process multiple operations simultaneously. This allows us to accommodate not only small-scale production but also medium-scale production (tens of thousands of units per month). Furthermore, Shinmei's single stroke presses provide high added value by improving material yield compared to progressive presses and performing complex processing that cannot be done with progressive methods. By replacing other methods such as cutting, we can achieve cost reduction. ■Automatic Press Equipment This is a press machine for progressive presses. It operates automatically with a short cycle time, making it suitable for mass production. While there are some limitations compared to single stroke presses, progressive presses can still handle high-precision processing and techniques such as sheet forging. Additionally, optimization can sometimes be achieved through processing in combination with single stroke presses. ■Main Equipment for Molds Leveraging accumulated know-how, we provide consistent production from mold design to manufacturing. High-precision molds are processed with an alignment accuracy of less than 1μm. We support press processing with mold creation that meets the precision and cost requirements demanded by press products.

Our company is a specialized manufacturer of precision parts through press processing. We excel particularly in single-stroke molds and perform processes that cannot be automated due to the structure of the molds by hand. We can accommodate products that are difficult for robots to handle and those that do not have enough volume to justify progressive dies.
