Shibata Co., Ltd. was established in 1954 as a wholesaler of rubber products for mining and industrial use. Since then, we have steadily expanded our business by flexibly adapting to the changes of the times. Currently, we have broadened our business as a specialized trading company focused on the sale of various industrial rubber and resin products, and we also handle materials in fields such as civil engineering and construction, agriculture, water supply, LPG, and safety, with over 30,000 items in our product lineup. Since our founding, we have upheld the corporate philosophy of the "Weed Spirit," which has been consistently passed down. Even during numerous crises we have faced, we have truly overcome them "like weeds." In June 2014, we celebrated our 60th anniversary. Moving forward, we will continue to carry on the basic spirit and stance of Shibata, which includes the Weed Spirit, customer-first philosophy, and customer-centric approach, as well as the historical "tasuki" we have built up over the years.
