Alpha processing (patented) is a blasting process that uses extremely fine abrasives. Since it uses very fine abrasives, it achieves shape and dimensional maintenance. Furthermore, it successfully forms a fine surface shape known as "microtexture," which surpasses conventional technology, and a fine crystalline structure called "nanocrystals" due to a special peening effect. As a result, this treatment enhances "durability, fatigue strength, and sliding properties."
