We manufacture and process test specimens used for tests such as plating thickness tests (JIS H 8501), corrosion resistance tests (JIS H 8502), wear resistance tests (JIS S 8503), and adhesion tests (JIS H 8504). Additionally, in the plating solution performance tests, if there are burrs on the test specimens, it results in protrusions on the specimens, causing electrical concentration on those protrusions and preventing the formation of a uniform film. Therefore, we perform burr removal to ensure the surfaces of the test specimens are uniform.
