Ultra-durable sandstone-style decorative finish coating material, ceramic-coated 'Ceramic Wood'
Surface reinforcement for wooden decks, playground equipment, benches, wooden walls, slate roofs, metal roofs, ceramic exterior walls, concrete floors, etc.! Prevention of splinters, decay, ants, and discoloration!
The ceramic coating treatment "Ceramic Wood" covers the surface of wood with a silicate compound called calcium silicate, suppressing the occurrence of splinters and thorns caused by oxidation from sunlight and oxygen, while strengthening the wood fibers. By using a flexible polymer cement, the fibrous structure of the wood is reinforced, and then a water-based liquid glass paint called "Ceramic Cover" is applied to ceramicize the surface. It is also effective against decay fungi and termites, protecting the wood with a repellent effect from the glass components. 【Features】 ■ Expected lifespan of over 20 years ■ Prevention of wood splinters ■ Improved surface protection against decay and termites ■ Increased surface hardness ■ Repair of wood areas damaged by decay (filling) ■ Prevention of discoloration ■ Color matching available with the Japan Paint Manufacturers Association color samples *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

basic information
[Ceramic Wood (Ceramic Coating Treatment Process)] 1) Apply 200 grams of ceramic primer per square meter to the wood. 2) If there are issues with splinters or thorns due to cracks, adjust the Woody Sera repair material like clay and pack it into the cracks. Additionally, apply 200 grams of Woody Sera primer per square meter. 3) Allow to air dry for 6 hours, then apply the ceramic wood topcoat. By applying glass-forming ceramic paint to the wood coated with elastic polymer mortar and ceramic primer, the calcium in the ceramic primer reacts with the silica, crosslinking agents, and catalyst in the ceramic topcoat at room temperature to form a hard ceramic. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
We are primarily engaged in the development and sales of liquid glass coatings for wood. Liquid glass refers to an inorganic liquid glass technology that forms a porcelain-like coating on various substrates such as concrete, mortar, slate, metal, and wood at room temperature. In recent years, with the increasing emphasis on the use of domestic timber due to environmental issues, this new technology has gained attention for "solving problems related to wood usage." Liquid glass can be categorized into two types: an impregnation type that penetrates the substrate and a coating type that forms a film. Both types, whether impregnation or coating, integrate with the substrate to maintain strong adhesion, improve durability, and preserve aesthetics over the long term, among other benefits.
