What is a Lubemaster? It is a certification system introduced by ENEOS in 2009 to support the strengthening of sales capabilities for lubricants at authorized dealers. The title "Lubemaster" is awarded only to sales personnel who have acquired the highest level of knowledge and know-how required for lubricant sales. To be recognized as a Lubemaster, individuals must complete training on specialized knowledge of lubricants, maintenance management techniques, and practical skills in consultative selling, and pass a certification exam held once a year. Our company has two Lubemasters in the Osaka area and one in the Kyushu area, working together with customers to tackle various challenges.
