The "FloroSurf FG-3650 Series" electronic substrate protective coating agent (conformal coating agent) is suitable for waterproofing and insulating protection of electronic components, as well as for moisture-proof and waterproof coating of mounted substrates. It exhibits protective functions such as moisture resistance, saltwater resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, resistance to lithium battery electrolyte, water and oil repellency, gasoline resistance, migration prevention, and condensation leak prevention, all in a thin film. 【Features】 ■ It is a non-flammable, low-odor liquid, making it safe to use! → FloroSurf FG-3650 is non-flammable and low in toxicity, thus not subject to PRTR law or fire service law regulations. No heating is required. - The non-flammable solvent type is non-flammable and low in toxicity.
