■Measurement Overview The signals from the MLS-S detector, which consists of a near-infrared LED light source, a reference light receiving element to control the LED brightness consistently, a transmitted light receiving element, and a pressure sensor, are amplified to simultaneously display sludge concentration and the depth of the sludge interface. Additionally, it can issue sludge interface alarms to determine the distribution state of the sludge layer. ■Features Newly developed MLS-S detector with reference light A high-performance MLS-S detector equipped with a reference light sensor that constantly monitors the brightness of the LED, automatically correcting measurement errors due to light fluctuations caused by LED degradation or temperature changes. A highly sensitive MLS-S detector that is unaffected by external light. The detector is equipped with shock-absorbing cushioning rubber. Simultaneous measurement of MLS-S and water depth (interface) with one unit MLS-S and water depth (interface) are displayed simultaneously. Near the set sludge concentration interface, the display section's 'ALM' and 'mg/l' will blink to indicate the sludge interface. Selectable measurement modes for different applications Based on 30 years of accumulated technology and rich data, measurement modes that are linearized for different applications can be selected for measurement. Furthermore, zero and span four-point calibration on-site is also possible. Examples: Dairy, Food Sludge Mode, Food Sludge Mode, etc.
