Trepanning processing of aluminum long materials
A 300mm deep hole was machined into a 5-meter long aluminum material. Trepanning was performed from both ends.
This is a photo of the trepanning process performed from both ends of the material. When trepanning is carried out, a core of material remains. Since the processing was done from both ends, a flange has formed in the central part of the core material.

We received a direct processing request from the manufacturer and drilled a through hole of 300mm in the center of a 5-meter aluminum material. The through hole processing was done using the trepanning method, leaving a core material. The core material was also collected along with the product.
