Cost reduction case study due to internal response at NDI.
We would like to introduce a case where our company conducted non-destructive testing on welded joints. We performed welding of supplied materials, MT testing, and stress relief annealing. After welding, we carried out finishing work on the weld bead for non-destructive testing and MT inspection. We have three qualified personnel for non-destructive testing. PT and MT can be conducted in-house. By eliminating the need to outsource to external vendors, we have achieved improvements in delivery time and cost. Our company responds to various customer needs with high welding technology capable of handling materials from thin to thick, precision sheet metal processing, pipe piping, and a wide range of processing for large fabricated structures, supported by our equipment and technical expertise.
