At Ogata Manufacturing, we perform "deep drawing" that can accommodate sizes from approximately 1mm square (round) to 30mm square (round). When transitioning from prototypes to mass production, we can utilize the information obtained from the prototypes in the mass production molds, allowing us to correct any issues found in the prototype molds and enabling quicker setup of the mass production molds.
