The company provides comprehensive after-sales services focused on the installation and repair of machine tools manufactured by the Makino Group, as well as the sale of related parts. This time, we would like to introduce the Global Parts Center located in Aiko-gun, Kanagawa Prefecture, which is the most automated facility within Makino Technical Service. The Global Parts Center has established a system to supply maintenance parts for machines manufactured by the Makino Group according to customer-required delivery dates. Since 2018, we have purchased a total of three humanoid robots, "NEXTAGE," and after a phased verification process, one NEXTAGE is currently performing the picking of maintenance parts sets at the Global Parts Center.
