Case study of introducing customer service mirrors: It enables smooth guidance for customers.
Super Oval
Improving business efficiency! A case study where even in the kitchen, we can see when customers arrive through a mirror, allowing for smooth guidance (Matsunoya Totsuka Store).
We would like to introduce a case where the mirrors we handle were implemented at Matsunoya Totsuka branch. As soon as you enter the store, there is a ticket vending machine on the right, but it is out of sight from the kitchen, so we installed a mirror. After installation, by looking at the mirror, kitchen staff can see when customers arrive, allowing for smooth guidance: if it's a single customer, they can be directed to the counter seats, and if there are two or more, they can be directed to the table seats. Additionally, we received feedback saying, "It's large, easy to see, and very helpful." [Case Overview] ■ Product Used: Super Oval ■ Effect: Even when in the kitchen, staff can see when customers arrive through the mirror, enabling smooth guidance. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
When it comes to mirrors, most people probably think of mirrors that reflect only themselves (such as full-length mirrors, hand mirrors, or three-way mirrors). However, Komi's mirror is designed to observe the movements of other objects and people, as well as to show "consideration" for others. For example, one can check with the mirror to see if anyone is coming around a corner to avoid a collision, or to check if someone is trying to get on an elevator and wait for them... Komi's "considerate mirror" is useful all over the world, from convenience stores to airplanes.
