Crime prevention mirror introduction case: Guiding customers waiting at the register with mirrors!
Super Oval
This is an introduction to a case where we were able to confirm customers waiting at the register with a mirror and guide them accordingly! (Maruetsu Petit, Shimokitazawa Station Front Store)
We would like to introduce a case where the mirrors we handle were implemented at the Maruetsu Petit near Nakano Station. The store has three registers, and when it gets busy, customers are asked to line up in a single line, from which they are guided to the available register. However, from the position of "Register 3," the line of waiting customers was obscured by the nearby product shelves, making it difficult to see. After installing our mirror, the "Super Oval," it became possible to check the line of customers waiting at the register, allowing staff to call out and guide customers when a register became available. [Case Overview] ■ Product Used: Super Oval ■ Effect: Enabled staff to see and guide customers waiting at the register using the mirror. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
When it comes to mirrors, most people probably think of mirrors that reflect only themselves (such as full-length mirrors, hand mirrors, or three-way mirrors). However, Komi's mirror is designed to observe the movements of other objects and people, as well as to show "consideration" for others. For example, one can check with the mirror to see if anyone is coming around a corner to avoid a collision, or to check if someone is trying to get on an elevator and wait for them... Komi's "considerate mirror" is useful all over the world, from convenience stores to airplanes.
