We would like to introduce a case where a certain resin molding company implemented our "Resin Pin Insertion Machine" to solve their challenges. The company had been performing all tasks manually until now, which was inefficient, and they were unable to cope with an increase in quantity. Additionally, the metal plates themselves had irregular shapes, making it unstable to hold them by hand, leading to numerous complaints from the operators. By introducing this equipment, the operators found their tasks easier, and efficiency was improved. 【Solution】 - A jig was created that can accommodate multiple metal plates (busbars), allowing for stable holding of metal plates with unstable shapes. - The tolerances between the holes in the metal plates and the resin pins were unstable, resulting in some being difficult to insert while others were not.
