High water affinity PTFE disc membrane filter for industrial waste inspection
wwPTFE membrane
Suitable for testing metals and other substances contained in industrial waste. High hydrophilic PTFE disc membrane filter with a pore size of 1 µm.
Industrial waste refers to waste that includes ash, sludge, and dust as defined by the Waste Management Law. The treatment of this industrial waste requires managing the discharge of harmful substances into the environment, and the regulation of the leaching amount of harmful substances is conducted according to the "testing methods for metals contained in industrial waste." Paul's high-water-repellent PTFE (wwPTFE) disk membranes can be used for pre-treatment filtration to analyze heavy metals and pesticides in industrial waste. The pore size is set at 1 μm, as specified in the "testing methods for metals contained in industrial waste." There are two types of membrane diameters available: 47 mm and 90 mm, allowing for selection based on the amount of particles that are prone to clogging.
