We would like to introduce a case study that solved the challenges faced by Company K, a major design firm. The company was struggling with the need to balance cost reduction and Japanese quality. To address this, we conducted a thorough verification of each drawing, including locally sourced materials, commercially available products, and local feedback. As a result, conceptual design and detailed design were carried out by Japanese designers, while unit and component design, as well as component drawings and assembly drawings, were completed in Vietnam, achieving reductions in labor costs and man-hours.
