This is a case study on cutting simulation analysis of titanium alloy milling using "AdvantEdge FEM." In addition to tool temperature and cutting resistance values, the chip shape changes complexly according to the amount of material removed, leading to a high demand for analysis such as chip shape control. Therefore, we conducted the analysis using our product.
