Inspection machine with a conveyor transport system that continuously inspects both sides while automatically supplying with a supply feeder.
The "S-Blanks KSB" is a dedicated image inspection machine for blanks that uses a conveyor manufactured by Kyoto Seiko Co., Ltd. While providing stable suction transport with a mesh belt, it automatically detects fine defects such as pinholes, missing characters, smudges, misalignment, and foreign objects using a high-resolution line camera. Defective products are automatically ejected by a flap ejection mechanism, while good products are counted and aligned for accumulation from the front, back, left, and right directions. 【Features】 ■ A dedicated inspection machine for double-sided blanks using a conveyor from Kyoto Seiko Co., Ltd. ■ Maximum inspection target size: compatible with width 500mm × feed 500mm ■ Maximum transport speed: 120m/min, processing quantity: 12,900 sheets/hour at a feed of 300mm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Since entering the image inspection market in earnest in April 2011, we have developed a unique image processing algorithm that can detect fine defects and subtle color differences without over-detection, even in the presence of print-specific stretching and shrinking, thickening and thinning, misalignment, positional shifts, and color changes. This algorithm has been incorporated into high-performance software such as "FlexVision," "AsmilVision," and "PolarVision," which have been highly praised by customers in the seal, label, card, and bottle/container markets. By 2025, our image inspection machines will have been adopted over 2,300 times. After ten years of continuous growth at an average of over 125% per year, Navitas Vision was reborn on January 1, 2021, as "Sirius Vision Co., Ltd." Like Sirius, the brightest star in the universe, we aim to develop the world's best image inspection software with the mission of contributing to the improvement of product quality worldwide through our unique image inspection technology, bringing richness and happiness to people's lives.
